DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits must be received no later than 10 days after booking or least 2 days before arrival, whichever is sooner.
For bookings made within 2 days of arrival, we require the payment of deposit by credit card (this can be done by phone).
Balance of payment for booking is required on arrival.
Access card deposit (for entry and exit to Village) $10.00 (refundable).
CHECK IN TIME
After 1pm on day of arrival.
CHECK OUT TIME
Before
10 am on day of departure. Late check out is available at 50% of daily rate when booking allows. If checking out prior to office opening, please see office previous day for access card refund.
The management endevours to hold the site accommodation booked, however, they reserve the right to transfer a booking to a similar site/accom for the same period.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the booking will be refunded, less a $30 fee per booking. However, your booking can be transferred to an alternative suitable booking within 12 months.
Tariffs are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
Non-arrival on first night automatically cancels entire booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
Riding of bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, tricycles or similar equipment is not permitted in the park.
